At the TroUgh Dining Co. we are very serious about our wines.
From selection to service we wish to give our guests an experience that would make the wine maker proud. We choose our wine with quality and value in mind.
All our wines are served at the correct temperature in Riedel varietal specific wine glasses.
It’s no secret most wines are better once they have had a chance to breathe.
Wine Aerator
In a restaurant setting we don’t
have the luxury of being able to give our wines the time they need
to open up before we serve them. This is where the wine breather
comes in.
We can now serve wines that are ready to drink when the guest
is.
We hope you enjoy your wine at home.

TroUgh gift cards make ideal
presents for family and friends. They can be purchased for any
denomination and are available at the restaurant. Each card holds
up to a maximum value of $250
