We source are ingredients locally from Valbella Meats, and various farms throughout Alberta ~ Noble, Broxburn, Broek and Northwinds Trout Farm.
We select our wines in conjunction with our menu; ensuring flavors in the dishes are complemented with the various grape varieties.
