Our wines are carefully chosen by some of the best wine-minds in Alberta for their quality and value. We serve all our wines at the proper temperature in Riedel varietal specific wine glasses.

It’s no secret most wines are better once they have had a chance to breathe. In a restaurant setting we don’t have the luxury of being able to give our wines the time they need to open up before we serve them. This is where the wine breather comes in. We can now serve wines that are ready to drink when the guest is. We tried a number of different aerators, but this one was the only one we felt worked well enough to use at the TroUgh.
