At the TroUgh Dining Co. we are very serious about our wines. From selection to service we want to give our guests and experience that would make the wine maker proud. Our wines are carefully chosen, by some of the best wine-minds in Alberta, for their quality and value. We serve all of our wines at the correct temperature in Riedel varietal specific wine glasses.
