Our Chefs endeavor to maintain their adventure throUgh the kitchen, preparing a menu which is exuberent and culturally diverse in flavours and textures.

The use of local ingredients from Valbella Meats, Noble, Fairwinds and Broxburn Farms enhances their creativity.

Ten Tables in our cozy restaurant create an ambiance giving an intimate, elegant and personalized dining experience focusing on details. This is highlighted by a sound system that boasts a separate volume control for each table. Service is courtious, charming and experienced.

At the TroUgh Dining Co. we are very serious about our wines. From selection to service we want to give our guests and experience that would make the wine maker proud. Our wines are carefully chosen, by some of the best wine-minds in Alberta, for their quality and value. We serve all of our wines at the correct temperature in Riedel varietal specific wine glasses
